Notebooks / Netbooks Industrial Systems Telecom Systems General Description The M5938A/B/C is a N-channel MOSFET power switch designed for high-side load-switching applica- tions, and the device has a typical R DS(ON) of 5.5m Ω / 11mΩ / 22mΩ and the output current is limited to 10A / 6A / 4A. In the M5938A/B/C, a discharge path is added for quick output discharge when the switch is turned off. The rise time of the device is internally controlled in order to avoid in-rush current and can be adjusted using a ceramic capacitor on the GATE pin. The M5938A/B/C is available in TDFN3X3-8, MSOP-8 (FD) and SOT-23-6 package.
