DSP-17-8-059/A Page 2 of 10 1. Introduction The G50.A.0305E151 wide band antenna is designed to cover working frequencies in the 700-6000 MHz spectrum (GSM/CDMA/LTE/GPS/UMTS/Wi-Fi bands). The G50.A.0305E151 antenna is compact and highly efficient across the 4G/3G/2G bands (> 40% on all cellular bands) . The antenna is in a Crastin ST830 flame-retardant housing. The enclosure is su itable for shock level testing, vibration testing and Category C fire and flammability requirements set by RTCA ( Radio Technical Commission for Aeronautics). The cable is suitable to meet flammability requirements set by the FAA (Federal Aviation Administr ation) and FAR (Federal Aviation Regulations). This antenna enables designers to use only one antenna that covers all cellular communication frequencies in the IoT market. The G5 0.A.0305E151 enables designers to use only one antenna that covers all frequencies and future proofs device design for LTE and 4G globally. It is also the ideal antenna to fit in devices that are being retrofitted with wireless functionality, as it will cover non -cellular applications such as 868/ 915MHz or Zigbee applications. It s inherently wide bandwidth is more resistant to detuning than traditional small but narrow-band legacy antennas. Cable and connector can be customized.
