It is guaranteed to op- erate from 2.7V to 8V power supply. The current con- sumption is as low as 3.5μA at 5V supply voltage. So it is very suitable for portable electronic devices applica- tions. G1335 is available in the SOT-23-5 and SC-70-5 package.
