Heat Shock Test: No crack shall be shown on the surface after 1 hour at 121℃ when the finished wire tightly wound for 4 turns onto a mandrel of 2~16 mm (16~6AWG) diameter. Cold Bend Test: No crack shall be shown on the surface after 4 hours at -25℃ when the finished wire tightly wound for 5 turns onto a mandrel of 6~32 mm (16~6AWG) diameter. Oil Resistance Test: The retention of tensile strength and elongation of the insulation shall not be less than 50% of the unconditioned value after immersion of the finished wire in IRM 902 oil for 96 hours at 100℃. Flame Retardant Test: UL subject 758 VW-1 7. Packing: 6-8AWG: 100M/reel, 10-16AWG: 250M/ reel 8.
