The DIO1520 operates fromasingle1.65Vto5.85Vsupplyandfeatures anultra-lowonresistanceof0.7Ωata3Vsupply and TA = 25°C. This device is fabricated with sub-micron CMOS technology to achieve fast switching speed and is designed for break-before-makeoperation. The DIO1520 guarantees 0.02 Ω on-resistance matching between switches, on-resistance flatness over the signal range, high off-isolation and low crosstalk, which ensures excellent linearityandlowdistortionwhenswitchingaudio signals. The DIO1520 consists of two normally openandtwonormally closeswitches. The DIO1520 provides the Green package with 10-leadQFN.
