Monolithic CMOS Analog Multiplexers Maxim's DG506A and DGSO7A. are monolithic CMOS = @ Improved 2nd Source! 9 analog multiplexers. The DGS506A is a single 16 channel (1 of 16) multiplexer, and the DGSO7A isa @ Pin compatible with Harris, Siliconix, Intersil a differential 8 channel (2 of 16) multiplexer.
