6.1 Essentials The Award Winning Multi Purpose Cable Installation Tool T Cable Routing Tools The Award Winning Cable Rod system is a market leading highly effective professional cable installation tool, which has been proven to make significant savings on a wide range of cable installation work. It enables many installation jobs to be carried out single-handed, reduces disruption in busy workplaces and increases safety by reducing the need to use ladders. The system uses tough inter-connectable rods to push, pull or manoeuvre a cable to exactly where it is wanted, even in the most challenging of environments. Male Brass Rod End The Cable Rod end connectors are manufactured from high quality brass. They are fixed to the rod using a ultra strong adhesive, a 100% of all rod ends are tested to a pull weight of 80kg without breaking ensuring a high level of quality and reliability. The brass rod ends are either used to connect Cable Rods together or to connect Cable Rod attachments to the rods themselves, which allow endless tasks to be undertaken. GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) Rod GRP rods provide an excellent combination of strength and flexibility. Cables can be pushed as well as pulled into place. In a thickness of 6mm, 5mm and 4mm the Cable Rod system provides maximum flexibility and durability.
