DESCRIPTION
The CNW138 and CNW139 are high isolation voltage optocouplers, comprising an infrared emitting AlGaAs diode, optically coupled to a high gain split Darlington photodetector in an 8-pin wide body dual-in-line package (DIP).APPLICATIONS
