DESCRIPTION: The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMUD6263E Series types are Enhanced High Voltage Silicon Schottky diodes, epoxy molded in an ULTRAmini™ SOT-523 surface mount package, designed for low current fast switching applications requiring a low forward voltage drop.
