EDS301A-R00-100512 EQUIPMENT REFERENCE DATA SHEET AVM301A - Automatic Winding Machine for Miniature Capacitors MAIN FEATURES /square4 Winding of 2 capacitors/cycle, on heated mandrel, with burn-off on both metal lized films, heat sealing (on request with capacitance control). /square4 System to avoid film slipping with micrometric stagger adjustment and electronic control of film tension, for very thin and narrow films. /square4 Up to 50 winding programs can be stored under a code. /square4 Very quick size change-over (max. 2 minutes), depending only on the dimensions of the winding mandrels. /square4 Machine easily fed and operated, does not need continuous intervention by the operator.
