The AV110-73 GaAs ICFET voltage variable attenuatorprovides 3 3 dB attenuationrange at1900 MHz controlled by a single positivevoltage.The VVA has a lineartransfercurveof12 dB/V slope,withinputand outputVSWR betterthan 2:1 overallstates.
