The AV109 -73 Ga As ICFET voltagevariableattenuatorprovides 35 dB attenuation range at900 MHz controlled by a singleposi - tivevoltage.The VVA has a lineartransfercurveof12 dB/Vslope, withinputand outputVSWR betterthan2:1 overallstates.It operates withsupplyvoltageof3 V and controlvoltageof0 V to 3 V ina low-costSO T-6package.The RFportsrequire2 5 pF DC blockingcapacitors.Inaddition,an externalgroundingcapacitor isrequired.
