Description

The AUIRS44261 is a low voltage, high speed power MO SFET and IGBT driver. Proprietary latch immune CMOS technologies enable ruggedized monolithic construc tion. The logic inputs thresholds are proportional to Vs supply voltage.. The output drivers feature a high pulse current buffer stage designed for minimum driver cross-conduction. Propagation delays between two channels are matched. Diagram for push-pull forward DC-DC converter application FROM SWITCHING CONTROL CIRCUIT AUIRS44261NC NC INB COM INA OUTB Vs OUTA TO LOAD

www.irf.com © 2010 International Rectifier Absolute Maximum Ratings Absolute Maximum Ratings indicate sustained limits beyond which damage to the device may occur. All voltage parameters are absolute voltages referenced to GND lead. Stresses beyond those listed under " Absolute Maximum Ratings" may cause permanent damage to the device. These are stress ratings only; and functional operation of the device at these or any other condition beyond those indicated in the “Recommended Operating Conditions” is not implied. Exposure to ab solute-maximum-rated conditions for extended periods may affect device reliability. The thermal resistance and power dissipation ratings are measured under board mounted and still air conditions. Ambient temperature (TA) is 25°C, unless otherwise specified. Recommended Operating Conditions The input/output logic timing diagram is shown in Fi gure 1. For proper operation the device should be used within the recommended conditions. All voltage parameters are absolute voltage referenced to GND. Symbol Definition Min. Max.
