The AS219-321isa PHEMT G aAsIC SP3T antenna switch operating inthe 900MHz and 1800MHz frequency bands. Switchingbetween theantennaand Tx/Rx portsisaccomplished withthree controlinputs.When the controlinputsaredriven with theappropriate voltages,a low insertion loss pathis provided from an antennaportto a Tx port,whiletheotherRx portshave highattenuation. 1.Allmeasureme ntsmade ina 50Ω system,unlessotherwisespecified. 2.Insertionloss changes by 0.003dB/ °C. 3.
