Skyworks APD SeriesofsiliconPINdiodechips isdesigned for use as switchand attenuatordevicesinhigh-performancehybrid microwa ve integrated circuits.These PINdiodedesigns are usefulovera wide range offrequenciesfrom below 100 MHz to beyond 30 GHz.These devicesutilizeSkyworks well-established silicontechnologyresultinginhighresistivityand tightlycon - trolled Iregion width PINdiodes.APD0505- 00 through APD0810-0 00 areprimarilydesignedforfastspeed through mod eratespeed sw itch applications.They have low resistance and capacitance atzerobiasand reversebias.The thick Iregion APD2220-0 00 isprimarilydesigned forlow-distortion attenuator applications.
