www.diodes.com Announcement New Product diodes.com The AP61204Q is a 2A, automotive- compliant, synchronous buck converter with a wide input voltage range of 2.4V to 5.5V. It integrates a 70mΩ high-side power MOSFET and a 50mΩ low-side power MOSFET to provide high-efficiency stepdown DC-DC conversion. The AP61204Q has a power-good output that warns the system of irregular conditions, and can be used in sequencing control applications. The device minimizes external component count due to its adoption of constant on-time (COT) control to achieve fast transient response, easy loop stabilization, and low output voltage ripple. The AP61204Q uses an enable (EN) pin to select whether it works in a forced- PWM mode for all loads, or switches to PFM at lighter loads. It is available in a SOT563 package, and is pin compatible with its 600mA, 1A, and 3A counterparts. Automotive-compliant - AEC qualified, manufactured infacilities certified to IATF 16949, supporting PPAP documents.
