AiT Semiconductor Inc. www.ait-ic.com AL1G125 LOGIC SINGLE BUS BUFFER GATE WITH 3-STATE OUTPUT REV1.0 - MAY 2021 RELEASED - - 1 - DESCRIPTION FEATURES This bus buffer gate is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation. The AL1G125 is a single line driver with 3-state output. The output is disabled when the output-enable (OE̅̅̅̅̅) input is high. The CMOS AL1G125 has high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation over a broad Vcc operating range. The AL1G125 is fully specified for partial -power- down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through the device when it is powered down. To ensure the high -impedance state during power up or power down , OE̅̅̅̅̅ should be tied to V CC through a pullup resistor, the minimum value of t he resistor is determined by the current -sinking capability of the driver. The AL1G125 is available in SOT-25 and SC70-5 packages.
