Part No. 54-8021-01A Printed in U.S.A. 0406 Analog Door Phone Model ADP1 The ADP1 is a convenient remote, weather-resistant, hands-free two-way terminal device for telephone systems. The unit is telephone line powered and includes adjustable microphone and speaker volume levels as well as a selectable Auto Answer feature to allow for remote audio monitoring of the area where the ADP1 is located. The ADP1 also includes an adjustable and defeatable call timer and can respond to forward disconnect signals. The ADP1 features a heavy-gauge stainless steel gasketed faceplate and plastic cone speaker with puncture- resistant screen.The ADP1 is designed to fit in most indoor and outdoor dual gang electrical boxes (user sup- plied).A dress bezel is included with the unit for trimming out rough openings in flush mount applications.
Analog door phone shall be a Bogen Model ADP1. The door phone shall be telephone line powered (18V DC / 20 mA minimum), answer a ring voltage of 40V AC RMS minimum, and have a ringer equivalence number of 0.7A. Connection shall be made via a 2-position pluggable terminal block that is pre-wired to an RJ11 connector. The ADP1 shall include controls for adjusting microphone level, speaker volume, and call timer duration. The call timer shall be jumper defeatable. The ADP1 shall include an auto answer feature. The unit shall include a vandal-resistant brushed stainless steel face plate with mounting gasket and heavy-duty call button and a plastic cone speaker with puncture-resistant, protective screen. The ADP1 shall measure 5" W x 5" H x 1 3/4" D when fully assembled without the bezel and 6 1/4" W x 61/4" H x 1 3/4" D fully assembled with the bezel. It shall weigh 4 lb. The ADP1 shall fit into most indoor and outdoor dual gang electrical boxes with a minimum clearance of 45/8" W x 45/8" H x 2" D.
