April, 2016 3M™ Scotch® Pouch Tape 824RCT Product Description Scotch® Pouch Tape 824RCT has a sticky border with a non-tack center, for attaching documents to shipping containers. Made with 3M’s proprietary adhesives, it sticks to those hard-to-stick-to surfaces such as recycled corrugate, ensuring that documents arrive safely. Scotch® Pouch Tape 824 RCT comes in roll form, making it easy to use and dispense from Scotch® Pouch Tape dispensers for fast application. Product Features
