- Dual Durometer with Steel: A Drop-In Replacement ¡ This is the same construction as an OEM belt at a fraction of the cost. It will process the widest range of wires (halogen, PVC, etc.) and will perform even in high-pressure applications. Overall, it is the longest lasting, most robust belt offered and is engineered to out-perform rubber and foam belting.
- Dual Durometer with Aramid: A Robust Alternative ¡ This is the same as the OEM belt except it uses an aramid reinforcement rather than a steel reinforcement. It is slightly less expensive but shares many of the characteristics of the steel reinforced belt. While it may not perform as well under higher pressures (such as large diameter cables), the coefficient of friction is the same. This belt is ideal for most applications.
- Single Durometer: An Economical Solution ¡ This belt is designed with the same physical dimensions as the OEM belt, but with a more abrasion resistant contact service. It should be used on a more limited range of applications that do not require high pressures. It will not last as long as the dual durometer belts but may be ideal for customers running smaller volumes of product.
