  1. PACKING METHOD 包装方法 5.1. Place package connectors of cables with bubble bag and tie with wire tie. 用气泡袋将CABLE两端的连接头包好后并用扎带扎好。 5.2. Coil cable to fit bag & with wire tie & into relevant polybag and heat seal it. 盘绕适当大小尺寸(依据袋子)的CABLE后并用扎带扎好后放入相应的塑料袋中并热封其开口。 FOR 1812765-X: 5.3.1. Stick the bag label on the middle of the bag. 在袋子的中间位置上贴一内标签(623865-4，SAP系统标签)。 注：如果客户是出货至华为，需加贴一客户标签(623868-1)和19条码标签(623180-2)。其标签样式如下图示: 客户标签格式 19条码标签格式 FOR 6751546-X: 5.3.2. Stick the bag label on the middle of the bag. 在袋子的中间位置上贴一内标签。 5.4. Set up a box and secure bottom flaps with tape. 折叠好一包装箱，并用胶带封好箱底。 5.5. Place proper bubble pack based on 3. into the bottom of box, bubble facing down. 根据3中的用量在箱底放入适当的气泡垫，气泡面朝下. 注: 上下的气泡垫的用量一样。 5.6. Place qty as 4 into box. Inner label facing up. 按4中规定数量将产品整齐放入箱中，有内标签的一面朝上。 5.7. Place proper bubble pack based on 3. on the top of cables, bubble facing up. 根据3中的用量在CABLE的上面放入适当的气泡垫，气泡面朝上。(注:同5.5.) 5.8. Seal the box with tape. And place product identification label and in "product id" marked on box. 用胶带封箱，在箱外印有“PRODUCT ID”标识处贴上外标签。 注：对于2-6751546-0/1，需要在外标签旁加贴UL标签。 Rev G QR-ME-030C 3 of 3
