- All H eyco Full Thickness Blades pass U L 1 6 59 crim p area test requirem ents.
- All H eyco Full Thickness Blades feature a 90° “knee” section for strain relief and assem bly orientation. Exceptions: 1 1 6 and 1 1 6 -N Series parts.
- All Flat Full Thickness, N on-Polarized Blades are front loaded for overm olding.
- All Polarized and 7-Shape Full Thickness Blades are side loaded for overm olding.
- Series 100 Polarized Blades feature a unique full w ide/full narrow design i.e., for strength and appearance, both neutral (w hite w ire) and hot (black w ire) have straight sides.
- Series 110-N and 116 -N Full Thickness Blades are notched to m eet high tem perature pull out requirem ents.
- Series 110-E and 102-E Insulation Crim p Blades provide strain relief and w ire support for shock and vibration resistance, as w ell as support for insertion into the m old block. Series 1 02-E Blades are stam ped w ith a carrier strip betw een blades. These parts accept a w ider conductor range than the 1 1 0-E Series.
- Series 116 and 116 -N Blades feature a larger crim p section for heavier 1 4 -1 0 AW G gauge conductors.
- For strain relief protection, the 1 1 6 Series feature a flow -through hole below the m old line and 1 1 6 -N blades are notched.
