• H eyco Padded Blades are far less expensive than their Full Thickness counterparts (pages 8-3 1 thru 8-3 4), yet they are functionally equivalent .
• Thinner gauge m aterial low ers cost , yet full pad configuration m eets U L pow er cord requirem ents, including UL 1 659 .
• All H eyco Padded Blades feature a 90 ° “knee” section for strain relief and assem bly orientation.
• For overm olding, Padded Blades m ust be side loaded due to their shaped profile.
• Series 1 1 2 Padded Blades feature a flow -through hole plus “knee” below the m old line for strain relief pull out protection.
• Series 1 1 2-8 Padded Blades feature an extended 90 ° knee for additional strain relief.
• Series 1 03 Polarized Padded Blades are the “heavier duty, full w idth designed” choice am ong these lighter duty blades for 18-14 AW G conductors.
• Series 1 03-N Padded Blades are heavier duty and notched to m eet high tem perature pull out requirem ents.
• Series 1 04 and 1 04-E Polarized Blades feature “full narrow ” hot (black w ire) blade design i.e., the hot blade does not taper at the tip for added strength and appearance.
