The HCC/HCF4069UB consists ofsix COS/MOS in- verter circuits. Thisdeviceis intended forall general- purpose inverter applications where the medium-power TTL-drive and logic-level-conver- sion capabilities of circuits suchasHCC/HCF4049B Hex Inverter/Buffers are not required.
