Product Description 3M™ Perfect‐It™ 1‐Step Foam Finishing Pad is a high‐performance paint finishing pad designed to be used with Perfect‐It™ 1‐Step Finishing Material to remove Trizact™ 8000 abrasive scratches. Features  Removes 3M™ Trizact™ 8000 scratches, providing a 1‐Step finish on most colors  Provides the cut of a compound pad and the swirl‐free finish of a polish pad Typical Physical Properties NOTE: The following technical information and data should be considered representative or typical only and should not be used for specification purposes. Material Foam Color Purple Shape Round Product Uses 3M™ Perfect‐It™ 1‐Step Foam Finishing Pad is developed to be used with Perfect‐It™ 1‐Step Finishing Material to remove Trizact™ 8000 scratches during the paint finishing process of automotive clear coat surfaces, light industrial clear coat surfaces, and marine gelcoat and paint finishes. Directions for use 1. Area to be finished must be clean. Flush or wipe away any sanding residue. Thoroughly wipe surface with a clean damp cloth. 2. Work a 2' x 2' area with the appropriate finishing material. 3. Use a buffer speed between 1200 and 2000 Max. RPM for best results. 4. Buff at a low angle, almost flat, for best results.

On contours and detail lines, reduce machine pressure to avoid damaging the surface. Applications Paint and gelcoat refinishing. Storage and Handling Product shall have a shelf life of 60 months from date of manufacture when stored in original unopened containers at Standard environmental conditions: 70F room temperature, 50% relative humidity; protect from UV exposure, prolong exposure to temperatures above 135F/57C.
