Wiha Fibre-glass-reinforced Folding Rulers. 2 m of Perfection. 242 The world’s first folding ruler made of high-quality fibre-glass material was developed and manufactured in 1968 and, since then, has been successfully marketed under the "Longlife ® ” name. The patented joints with perfect durability properties are still unsurpassed. Compared to woo- den folding metre rules our plastic versions have a substantially higher service life. A deep embos- sed, precise scale on every seg- ment contributes to the excellent performance characteristics. Thanks to these particular proper- ties this product has a unique selling point. Product features:

  • EU qualification approval for all metre rules with Swiss precision Recto Verso Scale Patented Precision Joints Metal ends The broad programme is headed by a top product line. The Longlife®- Plus has a wear resistant metal end on the first and last segments which is permanantly fixed and marked in red, through a deep embossing process. A Recto Verso scale allows readings to be taken from either end of the metre rule. The red joint bodies provide an additional indication of distance as they show distances of 20 cm. Often emulated but never surpassed – the Longlife® Plus folding metre rule: has a long service life and is accurate and easy to use.
