Agilent Seahorse XF Base Medium Data Sheet Agilent Seahorse XF Base Medium (0 mM Glucose) Part numbers: 102353-100 (2 × 1 liter), 103334-100 (500mL), 103193-100 (100 mL) Agilent Seahorse XF Base Medium is for use with Agilent Seahorse Bioscience XF instruments, Agilent Seahorse XF Assay Kit cartridges, and Agilent Seahorse XF Cell Culture Microplates. XF Base Medium has been developed to allow customization of substrates in your assay medium. The constituents are based on Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle’s Medium (DMEM). No sodium bicarbonate (tissue culture buffering agent), glucose, glutamine/GlutaMAX, or sodium pyruvate is present, allowing the user to specifically customize the assay medium for their experimental design.
