Applications

  • PA Driver Amplifier
  • Cellular, PCS, GSM, UMTS
  • IF Amplifier
  • Wireless Data, Satellite Terminals Sirenza Microdevices’ SBA-4089 is a high performance InGaP/GaAs Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor MMIC Amplifier. A Darlington configuration designed with InGaP process technology provides broadband performance up to 5 GHz with excellent thermal perfomance. The heterojunction increases breakdown voltage and minimizes leakage current between junctions. Cancellation of emitter junction non-linearities results in higher suppression of intermodulation products. Only a single positive supply voltage, DC-blocking capacitors, a bias resistor, and an optional RF choke are required for operation. lobmyS retemaraP stinU ycneuqerF .niM .pyT .xaM Gn iaGlangiSllamSB d zHM058 zHM0591 5.31 1.31 0.51 6.41 5.61 1.61 P Bd1 noisserpmoCBd1tarewoPtuptuOm Bd zHM058 zHM05915 .71 2.91 0.91 PIO 3 tnioPtpecretnIredrOdrihTtuptuOm Bd zHM058 zHM05915 .13 5.63 5.33 P TUO 59-SIPCAcBd54-@rewoPtuptuO slennahCdrawroF9 mBdz HM05913 .31 htdiwdnaB )Bd01>(ssoLnruteRybdenimreteDz HM0 044 LRIs soLnruteRtupnIB dz HM05910 .410 .12 LROs soLnruteRtuptuOB dz HM05910 .110 .51 FNe rugiFesioNB dz HM05918 .48 .5 VD egatloVgnitarepOeciveDV 6 .40 .54 .5 ID tnerruCgnitarepOeciveDA m2 70 88 8 R HT l-j, )daelotnoitcnuj(ecnatsiseRlamrehTW /C°0 7 Test Conditions: VS = 8 V I D = 80 mA Typ.
