7 ®@ TECHNOLOGY Low Power Op Amp and Reference FEATURES DESCRIPTION = Guaranteed Operation at + 1.2V The LM10 combines a precision reference, a reference = Op Amp and Reference on Single Chip buffer amplifier and an independent, high quality op amp = Low Supply Current 400nA ona single chip. The device is capable of operation froma = Capable of Floating Mode Operation single supply as low as 1.1V, from dual supplies up to = Low Reference Drift 20ppm/°C. + 20V and typically draws 270pA supply current. Input = Low Offset Voltage voltage range for the op amp includes ground, while the ® Output Swings to Within 15mvV of Rails unloaded output can swing to within 15mV of each rail. Further, the LM10 will deliver 20mA output current and still swing within + 400mV of the supply rails. APPLICATIONS With its low operating current and floating operation = Remote Signal Conditioner / Transmitter capability, the LM10 is ideal for two wire analog trans Ea = Battery Operated Instruments mitter circuits where the processed signal is carried on = Precision Current Regulators the same line used for power. The LM10 is suggested for isi i d is fully specified ™ Precision Voltage Regulators portable battery powered equipment an H = Thermocouple Transmitter for operation from a single 1.2V battery. Other applica- tions include precision current and voltage regulators, operating from very low voltages to several hundred volts. 154 +1.5V to +5V Converter o1 Line Regulation HH 01 LE ee | Onno t ose ow LTE ET ” A LT Tih & 2 (I SZ i ml rayemn om Boost LUM TTI ' Ey 1 4—t - son 0.1 ar 1 10 100 ato | REF F 250k " TOTAL SUPPLY VOLTAGE (V) > T1.=STANCOR PCT-39 ies D1, 02 = 1N939 (GERMANIUM) De ihanraans = THIS 1.5V BATTERY, TO 5V OUTPUT DESIGN + CAN DRIVE LOW POWER CIRCUITRY FOR MONTHS. a LT Wie 9-281
