Description
The ACPL-333J is an advanced 2.5 A output current, easy-to-use, intelligent gate drivers which make IGBT VCE fault protection compact, affordable, and easy-to implement. Features such as integrated VCE detection, under voltage lockout (UVLO), “soft” IGBT turn-off, isolated open collector fault feedback, active Miller clamping and Auto fault reset provide maximum design flexibility and circuit protection.
