These instrum ents generate sine and square waveform s up to 7 M H z or 1 2 M H z, including triangle waveform s up to 1 M H z. B oth m odels provide variable output voltages from 0 to 1 0 Vpp into 50 ohm s or up to 20 Vpp into open circuit. A continuously variable D C offset allows the output to be injected directly into circuits at the correct bias level.
